Darren Brennan

Darren is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Registered Valuer (MSCSI MRICS) since 2004. He completed a Degree course in Building Surveying in DKIT and worked briefly as a Quantity Surveyor, before joining Thorntons Chartered Surveyors in 1998. Darren has extensive experience in the Construction and Building Surveying Industry. As Managing Director he is responsible for the day to day running of our office and allocating team resources to workload. He is also involved in team training and development. His experience spans all aspect of Building Surveying in the commercial and residential sectors with a particular interest in pre-acquisition surveys, Building Pathology, Due Diligence and Condition Surveys. Darren has and continues to work on behalf of numerous Multi-Nationals, Government Bodies, Private Companies, and individuals while offering a full range of Building Surveying Services. Away from the office, Darren is a keen Triathlete, and when not pushing himself to the limit he enjoys gardener and cooking as a form of relaxing.
