Barry is Chartered Valuation Surveyor (MSCSI MRICS) and a RICS Registered Valuer. Barry holds a degree in Property Valuation and Management. Barry has over 22 year’s property experience at all levels and he is currently Head of Valuations at Thorntons Chartered Surveyors. His department offers clients a full range of professional services including Residential and Commercial Red Book Valuations, Rent Reviews, CPO, Property Acquisitions, Rating Appeals, Court Case and Arbitration Hearings. Barry has extensive experience in the disposal, acquisition and valuation of Development Land both Residential and Commercial, Offices, Industrial, Retail and Agricultural Land.
The valuation department currently carry out valuations and professional services for numerous Multi-National, Semi-State bodies, Private Companies and all leading financial institutions.
