Conservation
Thorntons are able to offer professional advice in relation to conservation of protected and historic buildings. Our surveyors are SCS/Dublin Civic Trust Accredited/Approved Surveyors for conservation work.
Confined Spaces Inspection
Our FETAC accredited surveyors are qualified for confined space inspections and are fully adverse with the Health and Safety Regulations and Guidelines in respect of confined spaces inspection. We have in the past carried out inspections of various drains, tunnels and sewage pumping stations for a number of clients.
Building Services
We are able to provide integrated building services, design through our services consultant.
We are also able to provide detailed services input into any complicated building services, installations during larger building survey inspections and schedule of dilaplidation inspection.
Structural Design
We are able to provide structural design through our structural design consultant with whom we work with regularly.
